Your data, your control.
What we collect
We collect your Discord user ID, username, and avatar (via Discord OAuth). We store guild (server) settings you configure through the dashboard. We log security-relevant events for platform safety.
What we do NOT collect
We do not read message content. We do not store Discord message history. We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not track behavior outside of our platform.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your account data at any time via our support server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can request a data export or account deletion via our support server. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Cookies & local storage
We use session cookies for authentication and limited local storage for dashboard preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
GDPR & AVG
NexusForgeBot is designed with GDPR principles in mind: data minimization, purpose limitation, storage limitation, and privacy by default. We apply these principles throughout the platform.
