What you can request and how.
As a user of NexusForgeBot, you have rights regarding your personal data. This page explains what requests you can make and how to submit them.
Right to access
You can request an overview of what personal data NexusForgeBot has stored about you. We will provide this information within 30 days of your request.
Right to data export
You can request a structured export of your personal data in a commonly used format. This includes any NSN risk assessments, appeals, and privacy requests associated with your account.
Right to correction
If your data is incorrect, you can request a correction. We will review and address correction requests promptly.
Right to deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data. Where full deletion is not possible (for example, where we have a legitimate reason to retain data), we will anonymize the data instead and explain why.
Right to restriction
You can request that we restrict processing of your data while a request is being reviewed or disputed.
Right to object
You can object to specific processing of your data. We will review your objection and respond with our decision.
