When you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you manage. We store only the data required to provide the service.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to authenticate you, configure modules on your behalf, and display statistics in your dashboard. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us via our support server.
4. Third-party services
NexusForgeBot uses infrastructure providers (hosting, database) to operate the service. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and do not have access to your data beyond what is strictly necessary.
5. Discord data
NexusForgeBot interacts with the Discord API. Data obtained via Discord is also governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We store only what is required for your configured modules.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via our support server.
