By using NexusForgeBot, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Description of service
NexusForgeBot is a Community Management & Security Platform for Discord. We provide moderation, automation, analytics, security and community management tools via a web dashboard and Discord bot.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Discord account to use NexusForgeBot. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NexusForgeBot to violate Discord's Terms of Service, harm or harass other users, distribute spam or malware, circumvent bans or enforcement actions, or reverse-engineer the platform.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. A 14-day free trial is available once per account. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
5. Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by Discord API outages or other factors outside our control.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
7. Limitation of liability
NexusForgeBot is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
